Mama Sundayz became Troō Food Riots

As you may have noticed this blog changed name. So let me explain. First of all Mama Superfoods company underwent some changes. Then all the people that love Mama and organize stuff decided that it would be wiser to form a collective which is called //Troō //Food// Liberation//, a D.I.Y. collective about real food and other fun stuff. You can read more about it on our About page. Mama Superfoods company still keeps the same name and has her separate official website.

So from now on, our vegan Sunday lunches at Kimatothrafsti are going to be called Troō Food Riots!

Our Menu for this Sunday is :

-Brocoli Soup with Cheezy Sauce
-Bake Polenta Stuffed with Pesto
-Chickpea Cutlets
-Raw Wild Rice Dish
-Tofu Scramble
-Pomegranate Walnut Salad
-Raw Brownies with Rawyal Vanilla Icing
-Superfood Smoothies

Carl Warner’s Foodscapes

Carl Warner is an amazing photographer that creates “foodscapes”. He makes small landscapes entirely out of food and then photographs them in his studio and gives life to them! They resulting pictures all look really real, but if you look closer you will see mountains made out of bread, cauliflower clouds, broccoli trees, potato rocks, pasta houses, cabbage skies and seas.
