And we’re finishing off 2011 with a bang!! This December 31, the Meet Market presents a one-off, one-day New Year’s Eve Edition market, together with six d.o.g.s. as part of “On the House: a six d.o.g.s. New Year’s Eve Marathon Extravaganza #2!” Come by to catch up on any last minute shopping, listen to some good tunes from our local djs, have a drink, or just to celebrate the changing of this year.

From 12:00 – 20:00 we’ll be filling up the gig space, the bar and the gallery of six d.o.g.s. with 25 stalls of innovations and creations from local artists, designers, djs and independent businesses including clothes, accessories, art, objects, organic body products, home ware, tasty food, vintage & retro collectables, records, interactive games, free prizes, dj sets and good new year’s vibes.

And after the market finishes, we’ll be heading into the garden to change the clocks. Come one, come all! Onward and upward 2012… The future is ours.

Το Meet Market στις 31 Δεκεμβρίου φτάνει και αυτό στο τέρμα της χρονιάς και για να γιορτάσει, παρουσιάζει ένα μοναδικό, μονοήμερο μάρκετ στα πλαίσια του “On the House: a six d.o.g.s. New Year’s Eve Marathon Extravaganza #2!” . Φυσικά όλα αυτά θα συμβούν στο six d.o.g.s., από τις 12:00 – 20:00 , στο συναυλιακό χώρο, στο μπαρ και στην γκαλερί

25 στο σύνολο καλλιτέχνες, σχεδιαστές, ανεξάρτητες επιχειρήσεις ρούχων, αξεσουάρ, αντικείμενων, προϊόντων ομορφιάς,φαγητών, δίσκων (μουσικής, όχι ιπτάμενων) και άλλοι, μαζί με διαδραστικά παιχνίδια, δώρα και μουσική από dj’s θα συνθέσουν την ιδανική ατμοσφαίρα για μια παραμονή πρωτοχρονιάς που θα διαρκέσει όλη την μέρα!!!

Ελάτε να κάνετε τα ψώνια της τελευταίας στιγμής γιορτάζοντας, με ποτά , μουσική και χορό και μετά το μάρκετ μείνετε μαζί μας να αποχαιρετίσουμε το 2011!!!

Στις 4 με 8 ιανουαρίου, η “Ευμέλια” ένα βιολογικό αγρόκτημα στίς Γούβες Λακωνίας στήν Πελλοπόνησο, θα φιλοξενήσει ένα εντατικό εκπαιδευτικό, αποτοξινωτικό και μοναδικό εργαστήρι ωμής μαγειρικής! Οί δυναμικοί και χαρισματικοί Τroo Fooders κεντρίζουν ενεργητικά το πνεύμα και τους γευστικούς κάλυκες της γλώσσας ανεξαρτήτως ηλικίας στην Αθήνα και άλλα μέρη της Ελλάδας και του κόσμου, διδάσκοντας νέα, πιο υγειή προσέγγιση στη διατροφή.

Τι καλύτερο απο το να ξεκινήσεις τη χρονια σου μαθαίνοντας να φέρεσαι στο σώμα σου;

NEW BEGINNINGS
On January 4th-8th, Eumelia organic farm will be hosting an intensive, deeply educational, fun and unique workshop in raw food preparation, taught by Troo Food Liberation (TFL)!

The dynamic, charismatic Troo Fooders have been actively stimulating the minds and tastebuds of people young and old around Athens & other parts of Greece and the world, teaching new, healthier approaches to eating. What better way to start the year than by learning to actually treat your body as your temple? Super-nutritious, slimming and beautifying raw food is far, far more creative and exciting than a salad or fruit, and the TFL workshop will take participants from beginners to advanced levels. Some of the action to take place at Eumelia includes:

* Morning yoga class taught by certified Iyengar yoga teacher Haris Lyroni

* Intensive course offering profound knowledge in theory (nutritional & detoxifying benefits and other factors), ingredients, equipment and techniques required

* How to create a raw food menu – practice making breakfast, lunch, dinner and meals for special occasions

* Understanding & practicing texture, flavour and appearance principles

* Film screenings & games, excursions

RAW CLASS LEVEL 2 !

What: Raw Level II Class, for those who have been to our beginners classes, this one goes one step beyond. Learn how to make delicious Christmas desserts that are fat free, sugar free and also nutritious! The Menu will include: Raw Apple Tart, Chocolate Mousse, Coconut Snowballs and that is just the sweets! We will also make Smoky Mushroom Burgers, Caesar Salad, Spicy Handroll  with Pomegranate Chutney ! Yes eating healthy can taste that good! Losing weight and healing your body while enjoying raw chocolate is a realityyy!!!!

I know it is last minute, but if you could RSVP ASAP it would be wonderful-  it was suppose to be a closed class but we decided to open it up to everyone…seeing as it is X-mas and everyone could use some raw food loving around our festive tables
