Troo-Food Un-cooking workshop at Ε.Δ.Ω.

Έξι εβδομάδες μαθημάτων ωμοφαγίας στο Ε.Δ.Ω.! Τα σεμινάρια θα είναι πρακτικά, όλοι θα ετοιμάζουν τις συνταγές είτε μόνοι, είτε σε μικρές ομάδες ανάλλογα με το πόσοι μαζευτούμε. Θα μπούμε βαθιά στις αρχές τις ωμοφαγίας, της χορτοφαγικής διατροφής και στο πώς να ζούμε σε μεγαλύτερη αρμονία με τη φύση. Θα φτιάξουμε πρωινά, ισοπροπημένα γεύματα, και υγειινά γλυκά χωρίς ζάχαρη! Νόστιμα και νηστίσιμα!

Κάθε Πέμπτη 18:00-21:00, αρχίζουμε 1/3/2012

A six week raw food workshop at E.D.W.! This is a hands on workshop, students will be making their own food preparations either alone or in small groups, depending on how many we are. We will go deep into the principles of raw food, vegetable based nutrition, and gain an understanding on how we can live in greater harmony with nature. We will make breakfasts, snacks, balanced meals, and of course healthy sugar-less deserts!

Every Thursday 18:00-21:00, we start March 1st (right in time for lent!)

Ahhhh yes, the month of carnival parties and love is here, and the Meet Market is out to celebrate it properly!! For the first time, this February, Saturday 18th & Sunday 19th, the Meet Market & Beat Market will be hosted in the beautiful, industrial “Βυρσοδεψείο” located at Orfeos 174 Botanikos. We’ll be filling over 1 strema of converted leather factory with 100 stalls of hand-made and independently-produced local creations from our regular favorite vendors plus plenty of new artists, designers, djs and D.I.Y. businesses. And this february, we wont be stopping at midnight. Thats right! … as soon as we finish the Meet Market on Saturday night, we’ll be moving to the ground floor of “Βυρσοδεψείο” to host our second Beat Market carnival party, so make sure you turn up in costume. Anything will do as long as you make some kind of effort.

So join us in a 48 hour Meet Beat Market extravaganza! Come for stroll around this month’s new venue, say hello to friends, have a shop, a mingle, a drink, a flirt, show off your costume or your dance moves… what ever your reason, just be there.

Ο Φεβρουάριος είναι από μόνος του ένας ιδιαίτερος μήνας, λόγω των αποκριών και της αλλεγρίας και το Μeet Μarket θα το γιορτάσει δεώντος!!! Για πρώτη φορά, αυτόν το μήνα, θα γίνουν μαζί Meet Market και Beat Market, το Σαββατοκύριακο 18 και 19 Φεβρουαρίου. Για να γίνει αυτό θα πάμε σε έναν καινούριο καταπληκτικό, βιομηχανικό χώρο στην Ορφέως 174 στο Βοτανικό. Εκεί είναι το «Βυρσοδεψείο», όπου παλιά ήταν όντως εργοστάσιο επεξεργασίας δερμάτων. Είναι ένας τεράστιος χώρος, ο οποίος θα γεμίσει με πάνω από 100 πάγκους καλλιτεχνών, κατασκευαστών και ανεξάρτητων επιχειρήσεων. Πέρα από τις αναμενώμενες συμμετοχές, θα υπάρχουν και αρκετές καινούριες και φυσικά πολλοί, πολλοί DJs!

Γιατί αυτήν τη φορά, μόλις τελειώσει το Μeet Μarket στις 12 το βράδυ, αρχίζει το Beat Market!! Θα μεταφερθούμε στον κάτω όροφο (στο ισόγειο) και θα διασκεδάσουμε μέχρι το πρωί! Και στις 15:00 την Κυριακή, θα συνεχιστεί κανονικά το Μeet Μarket. Αυτό το Meet Market θα είναι μία χολυγουντιανή υπερπαραγωγή, οπότε μεταμφιεστείτε, ελάτε με πολύ κέφι από το μεσημέρι για βόλτα, αγορές, φαγητό, πολύ μουσική και θα ειναι υπέροχα!

Ποειδοποίηση: όσοι έρθουν ως καρναβαλιστές, υπάρχει η περίπτωση να κανιβαλιστούν λόγω της αίσθησης του « Βυρσοδεψείου»! Θα χύθει αίμα και πολύς ιδρώτας από τον χορό… maracaibooooooooo!
