From the 4th till the 8th of July, Troo Food Liberation will join forces with Espiritual Chef, and Argentinian raw food alchemist, based in Barcelona. We will share a stand serving raw deliciousness throughout the conference, and on the 8th we will teach a full day (6 hours) of cooking, raw food preparations, and general kitchen magic!!!!
If you haven’t been to the BYC (Barcelona Yoga Conference), it is highly recommended!! Beautiful people organizing it, amazing yoga teachers coming to share from all over the world, 50 teachers sharing 20 different styles of yoga, and very special music throughout the day with a special kirtan with Krishna Das on the evening of the 6th. This is one of Europe’s largest yoga conferences, but at the same time it is very intimate, a big family celebration.
